Senator Westerfield Discusses AI and Privacy Legislation

Senator Westerfield says legislation is moving through the Kentucky Senate that will provide some protections from artificially generated content and consumer privacy.

Westerfield, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, says he was joined by country music star Eddie Montgomery last week who testified on behalf of a Senate Bill that will provide some protection for performing artists from artificially generated content.
