Debra Jo Groves, age 43, of Princeton, passed away March 31, 2024, at Caldwell Medical Center.
Debra was born May 19, 1980 to Kathy Creasey of Princeton and the late Bobby Andrew Jackson, Jr. She graduated from Madisonville Beauty School and was a member of Cedar Bluff Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, Willis Gary Groves of Princeton; daughters, Lindey (Tyler Carver) Lipe of Greenville, Ella Jackson of Princeton; son, Peyton (Sarah) Lipe of Paducah; bonus daughter, Jordan Groves of Wisconsin; bonus sons, Justin Groves of Kansas City, KS, Jackson Groves of Horse Branch, KY and Isaac Groves of Horse Branch, KY; sisters, Bobbi Jo (William) Butts of Fredonia, Kathy Jo (Trent) Sample of Caldwell County; grandbaby, Everett Lipe, on the way; mother-in-law, Vickie Groves of Greenville; sister-in-laws, Wendy Groves and Tammy Groves both of Greenville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, James and Margaret Creasey; paternal grandparents, Bobby, Sr. and Elberta Jackson.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Faughn officiating. Burial will follow at Baker Cemetery in Caldwell County.
