Eleven Individuals Served Warrants on Various Charges

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office served warrants on various charges Thursday morning

According to Sheriff Brent White, the following were served indictment warrants:

– 37-year old Michael Burns of Eddyville was arrested on an indictment warrant on charges of possession of meth and lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

– 37-year old Casey Bennett was indicted on charges of possession of meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

– 49-year old Michael Coates, whose address is unknown, was indicted on theft of an auto and lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

– 32-year old Armando De La Cruz Barrera, address unknown, was indicted on one count of criminal possession of a forged instrument and three counts of theft of identity. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

– 24-year old Joseph W. Daugherty, 28-year old Arsahso Mills, and 30-year old Anthony Alexander, whose addresses are listed as unknown, were all indicted on charges of assault and persistent felony offender and remain in state custody.

– 32-year old Latterrious Bell, address unknown, was indicted on two counts of promoting contraband and two counts of persistent felony offender and remains in state custody.

– 34-year old Tony Howard, and 45-year old Jeremy Nelson, whose addresses are unknown, were each indicted on charges of complicity to assault, promoting contraband, and persistent felony offender and remain in state custody.

In addition, Sheriff White reports that 23-year old Clayton Hett of Lamasco was arrested by  the sheriff’s office and the U.S.. Marshals Service  at his home and charged with being a fugitive from another state. Hett was reportedly listed as a fugitive from Illinois that pertained to an arrest warrant charging him with arson and criminal property damage.  He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
