Kuttawa Woman Arrested for Credit Card Fraud and Theft Offenses

A Kuttawa woman was arrested by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office last week on credit card fraud and theft charges. 

On Thursday around 4:15 that afternoon, Sheriff White and Chief Deputy Sam Adams arrested 53-year old Rebecca Figg of Kuttawa who was a wanted fugitive from Calloway County charged with fraudulent use of a credit card that was reportedly stolen from her former employer. He says she also had an arrest warrant from Maine from a felony theft offense totaling over $7,000. Figg was additionally charged with being a fugitive from justice. She was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
