A woman from Trigg County was taken into custody in Princeton on Wednesday morning on a warrant from Marshall County.
According to Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison, 36-year old Ashley Wadlington, of Cadiz, was charged with first-degree promoting contraband, a Class D felony.
He says a records check indicated that her driver’s license was suspended and she was issued a citation for driving on a DUI suspended license.
