During this month’s school board meeting, Aaron McClung, the Food Service Director for Caldwell County Public Schools, presented an update on a recent inspection and school safety training.
McClung reported that the health department recently conducted the biennial inspection, and all of the cafeterias received a perfect score of 100.

click to download audioRegarding school safety, McClung mentioned that he participated in a training session titled “Child Trafficking Signs in Education.”
click to download audioFurthermore, he recently held meetings with contractors and subcontractors to discuss the installation of vestibules in the schools.
