The George Coon Public Library has revealed the grand reopening of its children’s library.
Kathy Svoboda from Friends of the Library and Programming Coordinator Rebecca Poole have announced that the grand reopening will kick off at 10:00 am on Friday, May 3rd.

click to download audioPoole also announced the library will have Children’s Book Week which will be celebrated all month.

click to download audioOn Saturday, May 4th from 10 a.m. until noon, the library is teaming up with the Caldwell County Early Childhood Council to host a come-and-go Imagination Library Celebration Play Date with lots of fun activities planned.
Poole elaborates that the library’s objective is to offer monthly programs catering to all age groups, including children and adults, as well as families.
