A new business — Fat Jack’s Snoballs Icy Sweet Treats — will be opening in Princeton Monday.
Kathryn Rothkomm and her husband, Lewis Gill, are the owners of the new business on South Jefferson Street. Rothkomm explains to WPKY’s News Edge their decision to choose Princeton as the location for their business.
