The Princeton Rotary Club met Tuesday at noon at the Majestic House.
The Rotary Club meets weekly and Rotary Club President J.D. Wilson shared the main purpose for the meeting this week.
click to download audioThe students recognized were Potter Gray who is going into welding, Hogan Eldridge entering carpentary and Shaye Goddard planning to become a veterinarian. The other students receiving scholarships were Donovan Eisenhauer planning to enroll at Murray State University plus Lane Morris and Jack Englebright both planning on attending the University of Kentucky. Rotary Club member Laura Klubert shared they had several applications for the scholarships

click to download audioThe Club also recognized Isabella Burton who recently won the Rotary District speaking contest after winning the local and regional contests.
Klubert noted they would love to be able to present more scholarships each year and reminded everyone about the upcoming Rotary Golf Scramble.
