The Town and Country Homemakers Club learned a new sport recently that was a different type of program for them.
Ashley White shares the monthly lesson for the various Homemaker Clubs in the area and then representatives of those clubs goes back and presents the program to their home clubs.
This month was the time for Judy Hina and Barbara Murdock from the Town & Country Club to share the program with their group. Judy Hina said you might think of homemakers talking about cakes and cookies but this month they were going to learn the sport of pickleball. They decided with Barbara Murdock’s history of coaching ball that instead of learning about it they would have a hands on project and actually play pickleball
Hina shared that all the club members were good friends and enjoyed having fun so everyone came dressed accordingly and prepared to play.
