Christian County agribusinessman Brandon Garnett is now a member of the Kentucky Fair Board after being sworn in Thursday.
Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Jonathon Shell’s Chief of Staff Mark Bowling says Garnett was recently selected to serve on the Kentucky State Fair Board of Directors. The State Fair Board oversees the operation of Kentucky Venues which operates the Kentucky Exposition Center and the International Convention Center in Louisville. Garnett says he grew up showing horses, participating in 4-H events, and a host of other activities at the fairgrounds, and serving on the board feels like home for him.
