The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mrs. Norma Hooper.
Mrs. Hooper age 64 of Kuttawa, Kentucky, and formerly of Elkton passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Mercy Health Care in Kuttawa.
She was born May 5th, 1959, in Crofton, Kentucky daughter of the late Elmer and Ruby Simpson. She was a homemaker and loved her family, coloring, cooking, and reading her bible.
Mrs. Hooper was preceded in death by her parents as well as one son David Sparkman, one brother Elmer Lee Simpson Jr. as well and one sister Deborah Hale. She is survived by her husband Michael Barnes of Kuttawa as well as two daughters Kristina Hernandez-Rojas of Hopkinsville and Candice Sparkman of Jacksonville, Florida, one brother Kenneth Simpson of Quincey, Illinois, and three grandchildren.
It was Mrs. Hooper’s request to be cremated, there are no public services planned at this time.
