The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to welcome its newest deputy, who has graduated from the Department of Criminal Training.
Sheriff Don Weedman and the entire staff of the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office congratulated James “Mac” Englebright on his graduation from the academy.
Englebright completed the DOCJT’s 20-week academy class where major training areas included patrol procedures, physical training, vehicle operations, defensive tactics, criminal law, traffic and DUI, firearms, criminal investigations, cultural awareness, and bias-related crimes.
The sheriff’s office staff expressed pride in Englebright’s accomplishments, noting that he consistently ranked at the top of his class and pushed himself to excel. They stated that Englebright’s recognition during the Class 548 graduation is a testament to his determination and grit.
Sheriff Weedman represented the local sheriff’s office at Englebright’s graduation.
