An Illinois man was killed in a single-vehicle wreck in Crittenden County Wednesday night.
Kentucky State Police says a preliminary investigation revealed that 61-year old Shawn Colman of Louisville was operating a tractor-trailer eastbound on U.S. 60 around 11:00 p.m. when the semi ran off the right shoulder of the road, struck a utility pole and overturned.
Police say Colman was pronounced dead at the scene by the Crittenden County Coroner.
Kentucky State Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
