A woman arrested in April alongside a Marion man in a stolen vehicle in Lyon County has been indicted by a grand jury.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White says 35-year old Mika Kitrel, whose address is unknown, was taken into custody on a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant shortly after 9:15 Monday morning, July 1st.
According to Sheriff White, Kitrel was indicted on charges of criminal trespassing by complicity, receiving stolen property an auto of $10,000 or more by complicity, possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance drug unspecified, and identity theft.
In April, Sheriff White reported that Kitrel and Jacob Walker of Marion were taken into custody in Lyon County after a traffic stop after they were found in possession of vehicle reported stolen from the Marion-Crittenden County Airport. He also stated the pair were suspected in a string of burglaries in Crittenden County where over $50,000 worth of property was reported stolen.
Walker was indicted by a Lyon County grand jury last month on charges of third-degree criminal trespassing by complicity, receiving stolen proeprty $10,000 ore more auto by complicity, possessin of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, and persistent felony offender.
Following her arrest on the indictment warrant, Kitrel was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
