A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has finished replacing the KY 1592 (Webster Road) bridge over Towery Branch in Caldwell County.
Webster Road has been blocked since April 29th for the full demolition and replacement of the bridge.
State transportation officials said the road reopened to the public this weekend.
