A Heat Advisory has been issued for western Kentucky for Tuesday and Wednesday.
The advisory issued by the National Weather Service in Paducah will go into effect at 11:00 Tuesday morning and remains effective through 8:00 Wednesday night.
Heat index values of around 105 are expected, but locally higher readings up to 110 remain possible.
