The Fredonia Activities Committee has announced the grand marshal and the details for the upcoming annual Fredonia Valley Parade, which will take place on Friday evening, August 9.
Michelle Travis, Chairman of the Fredonia Activities Committee, tells WPKY’s News Edge that they have hosted the parade for approximately 10 years. She said the parade now serves as a precursor to the Fredonia Summer Festival, which will be held on Saturday, August 10.

The parade will proceed through the heart of Fredonia.
