Brian Malcolm McRae, age 74, of Kuttawa, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2024, at Baptist Health Paducah, KY. Brian was of the Christian faith, was a concrete truck driver and loved watching westerns on TV, especially John Wayne, fishing and the color red. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include one daughter, Cindi Anita Jamison, Paducah, KY; one sister, Sharon Preston, Madisonville, KY; four grandchildren, Oceana Ellen Graham, Carolyn Rose Harrison, Nathaniel McRae Fletcher, Jessika Maye Fletcher and several nieces and nephews.
Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm Shaw McRae and Loretta Gardner Childress, one daughter, Daisy M. McRae, one sister, Ione Omans and one granddaughter, Clara Denise Fletcher.
Visitation will be Monday, August 5, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Lakeland Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home with Bro. Ronnie Fox officiating. Inurnment of cremated remains with military honors will be Monday, August 12, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
