Gerald Craig “Jerry” Farless, age 65, of Hopkinsville, passed away on August 11, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville.
Born on October 13, 1958, in Caldwell County, Kentucky, to his mother, Anne Farless and late father, Billy Joe Farless. Jerry was a graduate of the Caldwell County High School class of 1977. Known for his devout faith, he was a cherished member of the Voice of Faith Church in Crofton. Jerry was an avid hunter and fisherman; and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life.
Jerry is survived by his mother, Anne Ryals Farless; five step-daughters, Rhonda Pyle, Sandi Rogers, Nicole Hopper, Sunni Tutor, and Jessi Mayes; one step-son, Mikkael Mayes; a brother, Joe (Billie Kay) Farless; a brother-in-law, Willis Oliver; along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anette Hopper Farless; and his sister, Debbie Farless-Oliver.
Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
