Rain and Storms Likely By the Weekend

The mild weather enjoyed over the past week will continue through at least midweek with temperatures and humidity increasing to near normal levels by the end of the week.

After over a week with no rain, Lead Forecaster Keith Cooley with the National Weather Service said showers and thunderstorms could impact the area throughout the week with some storms in the strong to severe range on Thursday or Friday.
