Caldwell FFA Alumni Discuss State Fair Participation, Sausage Sales, and Equipment Upgrades

The Caldwell County FFA Alumni met Monday afternoon in the agriculture classroom at the high school.

The main items of business were discussion about the local FFA Chapter attending the Kentucky State Fair and the annual sausage sales, the group is also looking at making improvements to the trailer used to transport supplies. FFA Advisor Magen Woods talked about some of the FFA entries being taken to the State Fair.

click to download audioWoods announced the Farm to Plate program with elementary students will be held October 3rd and 4th this year. The next meeting of the Caldwell County FFA Alumni will be October 14th at 5:00 pm. They always welcome new members to join and help the local FFA Chapter.
