Princeton-Caldwell County IDA Board Approves Cox Street Property Demolition

During a special called meeting on Wednesday morning, the Princeton-Caldwell County Industrial Development Authority Board of Directors voted to proceed with the demolition of property on Cox Street.

Judge-Executive and Board Chair Kota Young informed the board members that they have acquired the Cox Street property for $1,000, with a 90-day holdout period before demolition can commence.

In other new business, the board approved the Fiscal Year 2018-Fiscal Year 2022 Attestation Agreement.
