Planters Bank has announced that Assistant Branch Manager and Secondary Market Originator, Kelly Capps has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Assistant Branch Manager, and Mortgage Loan Originator.
According to bank officials, Capps has been with Planters Bank since August 2022 and brings 12 years of banking experience, including roles in Loan Processing, Consumer/Real Estate Lending, and as a licensed Secondary Market Mortgage Loan Originator. Prior to her banking career, Capps spent several years in consumer finance with Honda of Princeton.
Capps was born and raised in Princeton and graduated from Caldwell County High School in 1988. According to bank officials, she proudly serves her community as a member of the Princeton Rotary Club. They also noted that her most cherished accomplishments are her children and grandchildren, with whom she loves spending time and creating lasting memories, along with her extended family.
