A wreck on Interstate 24 in Trigg County sent two people to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Trigg County emergency personnel say a single vehicle wreck at the 61 mile marker eastbound led to one lane of travel being temporarily blocked.
Two people were injured in the crash and they were both transported by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for injuries.
