Several students were honored for their achievements during the Caldwell County school board meeting held at the Caldwell County Primary School this week.
At Monday night’s meeting, Superintendent Dr. Jeremy Roach began by recognizing the track team:

Brooklyn Hillyard and Anna Giltz were recognized for attending the three-week Governor’s School for Entrepreneurs, while Addison Heppner was honored for participating in the Commonwealth’s Honor Academy.
The Middle School Beta Club Robotics Team, which placed 9th at the National Junior Beta Club Convention, was also recognized.
In honor of Constitution Day on Tuesday, some second graders at the Primary School performed a reader’s theatre about the Constitution for those attending the meeting.
