The City of Dawson Springs will hold a Road, Sidewalk, and Stormwater repairs meeting Monday evening.
According to City officials, the meeting will discuss repairs to the existing stormwater system, sidewalks, and road surfaces along the following streets:
– Keigan Street from the intersection of Locust Street to 706 East Keigan Street near the Keigan ditch running to Pine Street
– Alexander Street from the intersection of Hall Street to the intersection of Keigan Street
– Lumber Street from Keigan Street to Pine Street
– Pine Street from the intersection with School Street to Oak Heights Drive
– School Street from the intersection with Keigan Street to the intersection with Pine Street
– Greenville Street
– Elaine Drive
– Oak Heights from 210 Oak Heights to the intersection with Elaine Drive
City officials said this is the first of three phases of the project. They indicate the next phases will focus on repairs on different sets of streets where tornado cleanup efforts impacted existing infrastructure.
If you own property on any of these streets and have not been contacted, call the City Clerk at 270-797-2781 to see if your property will require a signed easement.
The meeting will be held at 6:00 Monday evening at the Community Center.
