The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a Kuttawa man who is wanted in connection to civil and criminal cases.
Sheriff Brent White said a deputy was called to a residence on Dustin Road to locate 62-year old Marvin Daricek on Saturday, September 14. He said they had been looking for Daricek for several weeks.
When the deputy arrived at the home, he noted a dog was in poor condition. Sheriff White reported the dog was seized and turned over to the Dog Warden as it was apparent that the dog was not being attended to and had no food, no water, and no adequate shelter.
