A Princeton man, recently charged with assault in connection to a three-vehicle injury wreck in Lyon County, has been arrested again following a complaint about reckless driving.

Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reported that his office began receiving complaints of a reckless motorcyclist around 6:30 Thursday morning that began on Travis Road, continued onto Jack Thomason Road, and later moved to US 641 North. During the investigation, he said 38-year-old Charles Breedlove was found at the intersection of KY 818 North and Dulaney Road, where he was detained.

According to Sheriff White, Breedlove was recently charged with two counts of first-degree assault and no insurance following a three-vehicle injury collision on KY 93 North in August. He said Breedlove was released from custody on Wednesday, September 25, by a District Court Judge under certain bond conditions, including to refrain from driving and committing no further violations of law.

Sheriff White stated that Breedlove was taken into custody last Thursday and charged with possession of a controlled substance and contempt of court for resisting an order. He is currently lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
