A Princeton man is facing multiple drug trafficking charges after police responded to a complaint at a local motel over the weekend.

Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison reported that officers were sent to the American Inn shortly after 11:30 Sunday morning following a complaint that a man in a white truck had pointed a gun at several individuals. The complainant reportedly described the truck and informed police that it was parked at Tractor Supply.

According to police, after officers located the truck and 36-year-old Brandon Anderson, an investigation revealed that Anderson had firearms, several illicit drugs, and drug paraphernalia.

Anderson was taken into custody and charged with possession of trafficking meth, trafficking marijuana, trafficking hallucinogens, possession of an unspecified controlled substance, and illegal possession of a legend drug, all with firearm enhancements. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was in the Caldwell County Jail.
