Cat Spay/Neuter Vouchers Available for Purchase at Caldwell Animal Shelter

Residents of Caldwell County can help manage the local cat population by taking advantage of spay and neuter vouchers that will be available at the local animal shelter starting Wednesday.

At the Princeton City Council meeting this week, Caldwell County Animal Shelter Director Kevin Lane announced that they are collaborating with Safe Haven to offer a limited number of vouchers.

He mentioned that approximately 60 cat spay/neuter vouchers will be available, limited to one per household for Caldwell County residents only, with proof of ID required. He said these vouchers are available at the Caldwell County Animal Shelter.

To accommodate residents who work, Lane mentioned that they plan to open a couple of evenings this week from 5 PM to 7 PM. The local animal shelter is located at 489 Baker Hill Road in Princeton.
