The 11th Annual Bluegrass on Beshear is happening this Saturday at Lake Beshear, near Dawson Springs.
Event organizers, Jeff and Laura Smith announced that the day will begin at 11:45 Saturday morning with a performance by the Bright Life Farms Choir.
click to download audioThe day will also feature performances by bluegrass bands, as well as country, gospel and jazz/rock music. Highlights include the Bluegrass band South Union at noon, the country-gospel group Lighthouse Vocal Band at 1:00, Chris Rogers & the Kentucky Troubadours at 2:00, Alonzo Pennington at 3:00, and Cutter & Cash & the Kentucky Grass at 4:00.
Laura mentions that along with plenty of music, there will also be a lot of delicious food.

Admission to the event at 307 Island Cove Lane in Dawson Springs, is free.
