Music Party for Missions Unites Community in Gospel Celebration and Fundraising

The Hive at Fredonia First Baptist Church was buzzing with music last Thursday night as they held the first-ever Music Party for Missions.

Bro. Presley Lamm brought together a group of musicians and singers from across the area to gather in the gym for a night of gospel music that some termed as a Gaither form of hearing music presented and singing songs together. Lamm explained one reason for the night was to be a fundraiser for a project that is special to him.

One thing that was different about this singing was that as you entered the building there was a table set up where you could fill out a paper with a request for any song you would like to hear and sing during the program. Lamm then picked up those requests and tried to do as many as possible noting it could be a challenge to sing some of them.

Lamm added that depending on the response from the night there could be more events like this planned in the future.
