Following a three-day trial last week, a Princeton man was convicted of three counts of distribution of methamphetamine and one count of possession with the intent to distribute meth.

According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, 44-year-old Micah Gray distributed quantities of meth on three occasions on August 26 and August 27, 2021. On August 27, 2021, investigators searched Gray’s apartment and located approximately one and one-half pounds of meth and items related to distributing meth.

Federal prosecutors said Gray is scheduled to be sentenced on February 21, 2025, before a U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Kentucky. Gray remains in federal custody pending sentencing and faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years and a maximum sentence of life in prison.

There is no parole in the federal system.

The DEA, the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force, and the Princeton Police Department investigated the case, with assistance from the Kentucky State Police and the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office for the 56th Judicial Circuit of Kentucky.
