A Princeton man has been arrested after he was indicted by a grand jury in connection to a July burglary in Lyon County.
Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison says 42-year old Ryan Hensley was taken into custody shortly before 1:30 Tuesday on a Lyon County Indictment Warrant charging him with third-degree burglary and persistent felony offender.
The charges stem from July when Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reported Hensley unlawfully entered a garage off of Valley Drive and stole numerous items. He said some of the stolen property was recovered by law enforcement.
