The end-of-the-season tournament for the Caldwell County Soccer Association was held Saturday at the youth soccer complex.
The morning started out cool and damp but that didn’t discourage the young soccer players from showing up and participating in the multi-county contest. Parents, grandparents, and fans arrived equipped with jackets and chairs prepared to watch the competition. When the action began games were being played in multiple fields at the same time and the parking areas were filled including a newly formed lot.
Hailey Jones from the soccer association described the tournament.
