He said 33-year-old Travis Stinnett was accused of punching a woman who had an active EPO against him and intentionally ramming a parked vehicle, endangering nearby bystanders.
Stinnett was taken into custody and charged with first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree domestic violence assault, violation of a Kentucky EPO, first-degree wanton endangerment, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and operating a vehicle with an expired license. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
