The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested several individuals last week who were indicted by the Lyon County Grand Jury on a range of charges.
On Wednesday, deputies arrested 36-year-old Adam Attia on an indictment warrant charging him with tampering with physical evidence, theft by unlawful taking over $500 but less than $1,000, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – meth, and second-degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified.
47-year-old Robert Toms of Dandridge, Tennessee was arrested Wednesday after he was indicted on charges of complicity to first-degree possession of a controlled substance – meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI – 1st offense, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license, possession of marijuana, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police, and speed over 26 mph or more over the limit.
Deputies also arrested 49-year-old Billy Dismore of Grand Rivers on Wednesday after a true bill was returned charging him with complicity to third-degree burglary, complicity to theft by unlawful taking over $1,000 but less than $10,000 and persistent felony offender.
All three men were lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
