A Princeton woman was transported to the hospital after a two-vehicle vehicle on Marion Road at the I-69 ramp Wednesday afternoon.
Princeton Police Chief Chris King reported that 20-year-old Kendal Richardson of Princeton was stopped in traffic, waiting to make a left turn onto the I-69 northbound entrance ramp, when his vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle driven by 31-year-old Brandyn Petty, also of Princeton. Petty reportedly informed officers that he was distracted by a water bottle that had fallen inside his vehicle and did not notice Richardson’s vehicle was stopped.
Chief Kng said a passenger in Richardson’s vehicle, 44-year-old Amanda Cox, was transported by AmeriPro EMS to Caldwell Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening.
