A disturbance in Lyon County last week led to the arrest of a Kuttawa man on multiple charges.
According to Lyon County Sheriff Brent White, he responded to the complaint in the 400 block of Chestnut Oak Road on Sunday, November 3, where he located 62-year-old Robert Wagoner of Kuttawa, formerly of Arizona, in possession of a shotgun and intoxicated.
Sheriff White said Wagoner had two warrants for his arrest: one in McCracken County and one in Ohio. Sheriff White said it was later determined the Ohio jurisdiction would not extradite Wagoner; however, the McCracken County warrant was still active.
Wagoner was taken into custody and the shotgun was seized once Sherif White determined he was also a convicted felon.
Wagoner was charged with failure to appear on the McCracken County bench warrant and he was charged by Sheriff White with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and third-degree terroristic threatening. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Jail.
