Karen Marie Harper, age 65, of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY. Karen was born on September 24, 1959, in Kansas City, KS to the late Harold Henry Hill and Phyllis Marie McGregor. She worked for many years as a nurse’s aide and was a member of the Ilsley Christian Church.
Mrs. Harper is survived by two daughters ~ Sarah Cobb of Providence, KY and Jackie Cobb of Dawson Springs, KY; a sister ~ Tootie Hill of Dawson Springs, KY; two half-sisters ~ Kylie Lucas and Marlene Lucas and a half-brother ~ Randy Lucas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of twenty-five years ~ Jeff Harper and a half-brother.
Visitation for Karen Marie Harper will be on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. until the 1:00 P.M. funeral hour at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Danny Earl officiating. Burial will follow in Ilsley Cemetery in Dawson Springs, Kentucky.
Pallbearers will be Jackie Cobb, Casey Randolph, Joe Hill, Daniel Dewayne Ivy, Chris Hill and Ben Bowen.
