An Eddyville man was arrested after an investigation into a disturbance complaint in Lamasco last week.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports that 20-year-old Nathaniel Hunter has been charged with first-degree criminal mischief, a Class D felony. He said the charge is from an incident where Hunter got upset with a family member and started beating on a pickup truck in a residential driveway, causing damage to the vehicle’s body and shattering the rear window.
Hunter was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
