An Eddyville man was arrested Sunday on an indictment warrant in connection to a road rage incident on Kentucky 139 in Trigg County on August 6th.
Kentucky State Police say on August 6th 55-year-old Mark Bell attempted to hit another vehicle, ran them off the road, and threw items at their vehicle causing damage.
The case was presented to the Trigg County Grand Jury on November 18th and an indictment warrant was issued for Bell.
He was arrested Sunday and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree criminal mischief.
