Farmers Bank has announced the promotion of Clay Farless to Vice President of Consumer Banking.
According to HR/Marketing Director Tiffany Massey, Farless has been a dedicated member of the Farmers Bank team since December 2018, serving as a Lender and recently completing the prestigious Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin, a rigorous three-year program.
In his new role, Massey said Farless will continue his lending responsibilities while also overseeing retail banking operations in the Caldwell County market.
Farmers Bank CEO Jeff McDaniels said in a written statement that Farless’s commitment to excellence in banking and his passion for serving our community make him the perfect fit for his leadership role.
Farless is actively involved in the community, serving as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Princeton Golf Club Board of Directors, and as Chairman of the Housing Authority Board. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Massey noted that Farless cherishes time with his family, including his wife Chelsey Farless, a Nurse Practitioner, and their two daughters, Lily and Hazel. He is also an active member of Southside Baptist Church and enjoys traveling, golfing, and hunting.
