Caldwell Chamber of Commerce Hosts Festive Activities Ahead of Christmas Parade

The Caldwell Chamber of Commerce has been busy planning Christmas activities for several weeks to bring shoppers to the downtown area and visit the local businesses.

Friday afternoon before the Christmas Parade they organized various activities in downtown Princeton to lead up to the annual parade. Chamber Executive Director Emma Peake shared about some of the action happening on Main Street.

click to download audioThe foam snowball fight proved to be a popular item for all ages including the local high school students who were present representing the FBLA Club.

High school business teacher and FBLA sponsor Lindsey Lanham shared her students made all of the signs the Chamber had downtown to give directions for the activities. She also noted they made the big banner that was hung in the air across the street to announce the Christmas Parade. They want the community to know they provide these services to help support the activities of their Club.

Lanham added the FBLA Club is always busy learning and preparing for their competitions.

click to download audioThe Fredonia Valley Bank had a table set up providing hot chocolate and popcorn that drew a huge crowd as people gathered to prepare for the parade. Alaina Lamm with Fredonia Valley Bank noted they were happy to be there providing the free refreshments.
