The Caldwell Chamber of Commerce held the annual Chamber Chili Cook-Off on Saturday in the basement of Princeton First Baptist Church. This event is used as a fundraiser each year for a group decided on by the Chamber.
Anyone in the community is welcome to prepare and bring in your entry to have sampled and voted on to determine which is the best. Julie Poole President of the Chamber tells about the contest for this year.
