Marty Gene Allinder age 67 of Eddyville, born on October 16, 1957 peacefully passed away on December 19, 2024, at the Landmark of Kuttawa. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother, whose presence will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Throughout his career, Marty served as a foreman on a construction crew for the Rogers Group, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and was instrumental in overseeing several successful projects. His dedication to his work and his team set a standard of excellence that will be remembered by colleagues and friends alike.
Beyond his professional life, Marty had a vibrant personality and a zest for life. He found joy in riding motorcycles and eagerly anticipated his trips to Bike Week in Daytona, where he shared his love for adventure with fellow enthusiasts. His passion extended to operating heavy equipment, an interest that brought him great satisfaction and fulfillment.
Marty is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Allinder, of Eddyville; his son, Quinton Keeling, of North Carolina; his daughters, Mandy Mejia (Daniel) and Kaylin Keeling (Evan Fields), both of Paducah; Rachel Keeling of Eddyville; his step-daughters, Amanda Roeder and Leslie Goff, both of Madisonville; his grandchildren, James Goff. Gabriel Mejia, and Lilliana Mejia. He also leaves behind his brother, Kirby Allinder, of Madisonville, who shared many cherished moments with him.
Marty was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon Allinder and Elsie Littlepage Allinder, to whom he was devoted and who instilled values in him that he carried throughout his life.
Marty Gene Allinder’s legacy of hard work, adventurous spirit, and loving family will forever resonate in the hearts of those he touched. His memory will be cherished and celebrated by his family and friends, who will carry on his spirit in their lives.
