Authorities say the arrest of a Princeton man on a warrant Wednesday afternoon resulted in additional charges after he was found in possession of illegal drugs.
According to Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison, 56-year-old Clifton McKinney was taken into custody on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with failure to pay or appear on traffic offenses. He said McKinney was also found in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
McKinney was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
