Robbie Holland, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2025, at the Caldwell Medical Center. Born on May 31, 1943, in Caldwell County, she lived a full and loving life, marked by her dedication to her family, her work, and her church and faith.
Robbie was a cherished member of her family, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Cartwright (Ricky) of Caldwell County and Angie Holland of Owensboro; her sisters, Reba Bloodworth of Eddyville and Janis Rushing of Princeton. Robbie’s legacy continues through her grandchildren, Michael (Heather) P’Poole, Kimberly (Jeremy) Haberlock, Mariah Holland, Steven Holland, and Kendra (Derrick) Cartwright; and her great-grandchildren, Brady P’Poole, Reece Holland, Tiarrie Woolfork, Sailor Hall and Madilyn P’Poole. She also leaves behind several loving nieces and nephews. Robbie was predeceased by her husband, Bobby Holland; her son, Robert Lynn Holland; her parents, Herman Lowery and Tiline Henson Lowery; her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Lowery and Wanda Sue Thompson; and her brothers, Bobby Jack Lowery and Billy Lowery.
Professionally, Robbie was known for her warm smile and caring demeanor as the assistant manager of the Pantry convenience store in Princeton. Her work ethic and dedication to customer service made her a respected figure in the workplace.
Beyond her professional life, Robbie was a lifelong member of Second Baptist Church, where she found a sense of community and fellowship. Those who knew Robbie would describe her as a prayer warrior. There she had an ability to make those around her feel cared for and valued. Her warm presence and kind heart left a lasting impact on everyone she met.
Robbie’s love for the outdoors was evident to all who knew her. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as listening to her wind chimes, watching birds, tending to her flowers, and admiring the beauty of her dogwood trees. Her passion for nature was a testament to her appreciation for God’s creation.
Robbie’s life was a testament of love, service, and joy. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by the many lives she touched. As we say goodbye to Robbie Holland, we celebrate the love she shared and the beautiful moments she created. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday, February 10, 2025, at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 11, 202,5 at 11:00 AM at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Bro. Randall Rogers and Bro. Ragon Grimes. Burial will follow in the Meeks Cemetery.
