Janice Breedlove, age 85, of Eddyville, formerly of Henderson, passed away February 9, 2025, at Riversbend Retirement Community.
Janice was born April 6, 1939, to the late Thomas and Helen Yates Walker. She enjoyed gardening, reading, country music and was of the Baptist Faith. Janice loved her vacations to the beach and enjoyed antiquing. Her greatest passion was the love she had for her family. Janice was a hardworking and devoted mother, who enjoyed working with and assisting the family business in Henderson.
She is survived by her daughter, Vicki (Mike) Kirtley of Eddyville; brother, David (Vicki) Walker of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Andrea (Lance) Seagers of Canton, GA, Drew Barnard of Canton, GA, Jordan Wilson of Princeton, Lindsey Hoffman of Henderson, Sydney Hoffman of Murray; five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Barnard; sons, Rick Hoffman and Robert “Gregory” Hoffman; sister, Sandra Kemp; brothers, Steve and Bill Walker; granddaughter, Allie Kirtley.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Lakeland Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, February 13, 202,5 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY
